I'm an artist, and an opera singer, and on the side I have an interest in Renaissance music and medieval music, languages, writing, and the creation of satire.

Some of my favorite authors are Laura Restrepo, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Peter S. Beagle, Jose Saramago, Italo Calvino, Margherite Duras, Antoine de Saint-Exupery, Voltaire, Gustave Flaubert, George Sand, Colette, Marie Ndiaye, Mariama Bâ and Terry Pratchett.

My favorite opera singers? Alfredo Kraus, Placido Domingo, Fritz Wunderlich, Cecilia Bartoli, Vivica Genaux, Ewa Podlesh and the incomparable Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau

My favorite classical musicians? Yoyo-Ma (Cellist), Richter (Pianist), Rostropovich (Cellist), Glenn Gould (Pianist), Marion Verbruggen (Recorderist), Piffaro (Renaissance group), Opera Galante, Midori (violinist), Wynton Marsalis (trumpetist).

My favorite non-classical singers? Barbara (French singer born Monique Serf), Dalida (French singer), Nana Mouskouri (Greek singer), Billy Joel, Mireille Mathieu (french singer), Michel Sardou (french singer), Charles Aznavour (french singer), Gilbert Becaud (french singer), Patricia Kaas (french singer), Ricchi E Poveri (Italian pop group), Senior Junior

My favorite commedians? Robin Williams, Eddie Izzard, Greg Proops, Ellen DeGeneres

I am a furry. Indeed, so? simply because I am one it does not mean I engage in the tremendously bizarre (and absolutely comical) things you may have seen in the hilarious CSI episode, or other television specials--- there are freaks and weirdos everywhere, folks, and they're in all fandoms, religions, political associations and... well, you get the point.

Am I really an opera singer? Yep. I'm a tenor, and I'm still struggling with the "Young Tenor Syndrome". For those of you that aren't very familiar with opera... it simply means the transition from a youthful voice to a more , shall we say, solid one. Or, as some sopranos put it, "The moment your voice sprouts balls". Thank you, Kathleen Battle, for that joyfully disturbing mental image.
